Abstract
We present a simulation-informed calibration workflow for NV quantum processing units that combines a digital twin, optimal control pulses, and a Fisher-information-guided experiment design into an iterative parameter estimation feedback loop. We find that using this framework, we obtain the same calibration precision as standard techniques with up to 4x reduction in measurement time.
